THE Callaway Golf Corporate Challenge was successfully held at Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club on Friday 23rd June with some outstanding golf played on one of Australia’s top golf courses.

The event was an overwhelming success with some excellent results recorded on the day.  The group had a shotgun start at 7.30am, enjoying fresh start to the morning on the stunning Magenta Shores layout.

The final results were very close with the team from Central Coast Granite winning the event by a narrow margin.

Ian Robilliard the Central Coast Academy of Sport Managing Director was full of praise in the hosting and schedule of the day, saying: “I take my hat off to Callaway for everything they do and continue to do for the Central Coast Academy of Sport.  Their level of support is so important to our organisation and this event is a great example of their commitment to our region, our athletes and our golf program.  We were thrilled to have CCAS Board Member Nikki Garrett on the course for the day. Nikki is a legend of Australian golf and her involvement was a very special touch to the event, Nikki helped all the teams by offering advice and taking some of the team shots.  Our thanks also to the team at Magenta Shores for delivering a hugely successful day.”
