The CCAS celebrated a night of athleticism, unity, and recognition on Wednesday, September 20th, at the highly anticipated 2023 Athlete Celebration.
CCAS athletes from various sports disciplines gathered for an evening filled with excitement and camaraderie. The highlight of the event was a Teams Challenge style competition that encouraged athletes to collaborate and bond in ways beyond their individual sports. Teams comprised of athletes from different disciplines engaged in a series of team bonding games. These challenges tested their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, fostering a sense of unity and solidarity among the participants.
The athletes enthusiastically embraced these challenges, displaying determination and enthusiasm throughout the evening. Laughter and cheers resonated as athletes encouraged one another, reinforcing the strong community spirit that CCAS has always cherished.
The climax of the event came when CCAS announced the 2023 award winners. The awards celebrated excellence in various categories, including “Athlete of the Year,” and “Rising Star” of their 2023 programs.
The 2023 Athlete Celebration was a testament to the dedication and hard work of CCAS athletes, showcasing their commitment to both their individual sports and the collective spirit of the organization.
