Each Regional Academy operates its own dedicated office, staffed by professionals who manage the day-to-day delivery of programs and athlete support services. These teams are deeply embedded in their communities and play a vital role in ensuring local athletes receive tailored guidance and opportunities.

Every academy is led by a Regional Manager who oversees operations, coordinates with local sporting bodies, and ensures the successful implementation of development programs.
