The Central Coast Academy of Sport swimming squad are back on the Central Coast after a hugely successful squad tour to the ACT to compete in the ACT Swimming Championships.

A team of 14 athletes, two coaches (Graeme Carroll and Stephen Critoph) and a manager (Dimity Douglas) headed to Canberra for the two day event.
