Coast Sport has expanded its commitment to supporting Central Coast athletes by today renewing a new three-year partnership with the Central Coast Academy of Sport.

Coast Sport provide world class allied health and sports medicine services for the Central Coast. After being a long-time supporter of the CCAS this extended partnership will allow Coast Sport to assist CCAS in strengthening athlete health through sessions within CCAS sports programs.

Coast Sport will also play a vital role in the health and well being of CCAS athletes by providing access to nutritionists, functional movement screenings, prehab and rehab programs and physiotherapy.

Matt Cranney Director Coast Sport said ‘Coast Sport are excited to be once again partnering with the Central Coast Academy of Sport.  The CCAS align perfectly with us, driving and helping young and developing athletes through excellence, hard work and accountability, all while having fun! We look forward to continuing this partnership now and into the future!”

Ian Robilliard Managing Director CCAS commented ‘The staff at Coast Sport and indeed the services provided by them are very closely aligned to the cultural elements provided by the Academy of Sport. The services Coast Sport supply provides the Academy of Sport another string to the bow in terms of robustness of program content.  Matt Cranney and Brett Doring are highly qualified professionals who by working with our pre-elite athletes will certainly help them advance up the performance pathway.  Both Matt and Brett are well versed in doing that through their own interests in helping athletes achieve.  The Academy is extremely fortunate that Coast Sport have aligned their very generous support for a three year term.  This level of support provides a high degree of specialist supports, advice and preventative injury strategies to our programs.’
